Darez Noroeth reference sheet

All character reference sheets will be getting a complete overhaul! Here is what they will look like. This is Darez Noroeth, one of the main characters from my book series The Ballad of an Old God.

Additional Info

Darez Noroeth was born in the village of Rykwood and he and his family were the only members of their kind living there. He knew he was different from the beginning when most of the village's human children refusing to socialize with him. Roe Gren was the only true friend he had growing up.

He was a naughty yet somewhat naïve child who dreamed of being an outlaw. Although his personality darkened with age and experience, he has always been an energetic, playful individual. However, he is also rather guarded and despises appearing vulnerable or sentimental. He is impatient, irritable, prone to rash decisions and has little tolerance for stupidity. To strangers and people he dislikes, he comes off as sarcastic, blunt, and tactless. 

He is relatively uneducated, knowing basic mathematics and only began to learn how to read and write when he was seventeen. In spite of this, he is naturally sharp witted and is a gifted problem solver. He has a noticeable sweet tooth and his favourite foods are fresh fruit and honey. He enjoys the company of animals and carving animal statuettes from blocks of wood. He dislikes having his ears touched thanks to having one too many village children tugging them.

The green shoulder cape is a gift from his father and his most prized possession.
